In the past on the final championship game, the DBA has always used professional umpires, are there going to be using them for the championship games?

The DBA is an "umbrella" organization, providing coordination of rules and scheduling for teams sponsored by member associations and recreation departments. The DBA has no operating budget and assumes no responsibility for the provision of fields, equipment or umpires, whether during the regular season or playoffs.
In the months preceding the summer season, the member associations and recreation departments meet. One order of business is to select one member to serve as "General Manager" for each division.
For example, the RBA, my home association, volunteered to serve as GM of the DBA 14U hardball division. Since I was the then serving GM for the RBA's 14U hardball program, it became my duty to perform the GM duties for the DBA's 14U hardball division.
As DBA GM, my duties are pretty much to collect game results, publish standings, and field whatever questions which may be raised by the managers (passing those questions along to the DBA Board if I can not handle them). At the end of the season, I am responsible for organizing and hosting the year-end playoffs. This includes creating a playoff schedule, securing sufficient fields in Riverview for the games to be played, securing umpires and buying trophies. All expenses incurred in connection with those playoffs are assumed by the host, and in our case are allocated, depending on their character, between the RBA and the Riverview Recreation Department.
The DBA has no direct involvement in any of this, beyond the guidelines set forth in its rules (which you can find on another page on the DBA site), and bears no part of the expense.
Associations and Recreation Departments which do not assume a GM position for a DBA division are asked to contribute some small amount for each team they place in the DBA. This is divvied up among the members hosting playoffs to help defray some part of the playoff expenses. I honestly forget what the requested contribution is, but I think it is about $20 per team. I think the RBA received about $200 this year to apply toward playoff expenses for the 21 team 14U hardball playoffs. That amount ought to just about cover trophies.
So, to answer your question directly, the DBA does not provide umpires, "professional" or otherwise, for playoffs.
